Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Meridian, ID, is seeking an RN to join Meridian Telemetry, a 37-bed unit delivering critical med/surg care.

You’ll assess patients and assist physicians while planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs. The role is full-time (0.9 FTE) with a 3x12-hour night shift schedule, shift differentials, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and additional PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification required.
• Nursing degree required.
• Minimum 1+ year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient’s needs.
• Support a team-based nursing model to enhance patient safety.
• Participate in governance and professional development opportunities.
