St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem night shift. You will provide direct patient care in Telemetry, using the nursing process and collaborating with physicians to monitor cardiac status and treatment responses.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS; ACLS within 30 days; and preferred acute care, ventilator management, RN-BC or similar certification, and a BSN. Perks include competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certificate upon hire and maintain.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• RN-BC or similar certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care.
• Communicate with the physician about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
