Job summary

7A operates 8/12 shifts with rotations and orientation. The role requires Michigan RN licensure (NCLEX) with GN option, plus 3–5 years of adult internal medicine telemetry experience and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license required (NCLEX).
• Graduate Nurse applicants may apply; must pass NCLEX within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to internal medicine/telemetry patients.
• Supervise unlicensed staff on unit.
• Utilize nursing process and bedside reporting as standard.
• Float between units as needed.
