Job summary

Advocate Health in Lincolnton, NC seeks a Registered Nurse for Telemetry/Progressive care on a 36-hour week with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The unit cares for adults with acute and chronic cardiac conditions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will perform nursing assessments, deliver evidence-based care, document in EHR, and participate in ongoing professional development and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in North Carolina.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate nursing care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; collaborate with care team.
