Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.

• BLS certification required; telehealth practice may require state licensure.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care focus.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed; provide age-appropriate care.
