Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in Medical-Surgical unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and education of patients.

• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records.
• Enter and interpret computerized data/information.
• Follow SEMC nursing guidelines and policies.
