Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across our four-hospital network in Hudson County. The RN will coordinate with rehabilitation staff to maximize patient independence and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing, NJ RN license, and BLS- AHA certification. Prior experience (0-1 years) is typical, with preference for 2-4 years.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Valid NJ RN License required.
• BLS - AHA (required).
• 0-1 relevant work experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate delivery of care.
• Delegate patient care to health-care team members to maximize patient independence.
