Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is seeking an RN to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care across the care continuum. You will coordinate with the health care team to maximize patient independence and safe transition back to home.

The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN license with BLS/ACLS certifications and 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience; BSN is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• RN/NJ License required.
• BLS and ACLS certificates required.
• BSN preferred.
• With 2 years experience in Med Surg/Telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• RN is responsible for assessing, implementing and evaluating the delivery care; the professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient's independence to return to their prior residence.
