Job summary

Salinas Valley Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse II for the 4T Telemetry unit. You will assess, plan, implement and supervise care, tailored to patient age and development, collaborating with physicians and families to deliver a cohesive plan of care.

Requires ASN, CA RN license and BLS, with 12+ months in acute care. Night shift with differential; 0.9 FTE and 36 scheduled hours per week. Join a team focused on safety, outcomes, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current California RN license and BLS healthcare provider status.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments and document in patient records.
• Develop and implement care plans; coordinate with health team.
• Discharge planning, patient/family teaching, and care evaluation.
• Act as preceptor/charge nurse as assigned and participate in goals.
