• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Advocacy, Patient: Acts as client advocate to improve care and inform decisions.
• Assessment: Formulates and prioritizes nursing diagnoses based on observations and team input.
• Blood Withdrawal: Properly identifies patient and performs aseptic blood collection and labeling.
