Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required; CA RN licensure.
• 1 year acute inpatient hospital RN experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of medical procedures and clinical policies.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient using Nursing Process and formulate diagnoses.
• Develop and revise Plans of Care with individualized interventions.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per prescribed intervals.
• Document care accurately on flow sheets, MAR, and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Collaborate with Case Manager and physician for discharge planning.
