Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Active RN license with privileges in the practice state(s).
• Experience in clinical nursing is typically 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain a culture of safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient needs.
• Provide patient and family education and coordinate care.
• Demonstrate effective communication and appropriate delegation.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and certifications.
