Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process.
• Documents thorough patient assessments and reports changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as appropriate.
• Documents patient care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Engages in professional development to maintain clinical competency.
