Job summary

Simi Valley, CA-based Telemetry RN contract with Soliant seeks a registered nurse for a 13-week assignment in a telemetry unit. Requires active CA RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 1+ year Tele RN experience. Plan to work 36 or 48 hours weekly, with per-week pay around $2,154–$2,278.

You will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer meds, document in Epic, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care. Fast interview process and benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Must hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• At least one year of recent Telemetry RN experience.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients on the telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, perform thorough assessments, and document in the Epic system.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families regarding clinical conditions, procedures, and care plans.
• Triage and prioritize multiple patient care needs efficiently during shift assignments.
