Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week Telemetry travel assignment in Simi Valley, CA. You will work 12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week) in a hospital setting, with travel coordination and onboarding support provided.

This role requires CA RN license and BLS; ACLS may be preferred per unit. Start date 11/02/2026; pay ranges between $2,025 and $2,111 weekly, with strong teamwork and patient safety at the core.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN).
• BLS certification required; ACLS or telemetry-specific credentials may be preferred per unit needs.
• Experience in Telemetry or acute care nursing is recommended.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control practices, and quality standards throughout the shift.
