Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• WA RN license upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR (American Heart Association) upon hire.
• BSN degree preferred with one year acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and documents administration per policy.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Documents care using the nursing process and monitors patient status.
• Prepares patients for discharge and coordinates post-discharge needs.
