Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows hospital policy to provide patient care in a safe environment.
• Maintains and cares for central lines and prevents surgical site infections per policy.
• Administers medications, provides nursing interventions, and educates patients and families.
• Performs patient assessments and communicates information to the care team.
• Documents patient care activities and quality monitoring items as required.
• Coordinates with physicians and team members to improve outcomes and safety.
• Delivers education to patients and families to support health care outcomes.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and pursues ongoing professional development.
