Job summary

You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, administer medications including conscious sedation and emergent drugs, document precisely, and communicate with physicians and team to improve patient outcomes while following infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Missouri or Compact Licensure.
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association required.
• One year of critical care or Interventional Cath Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows hospital safety policies to ensure a safe patient environment.
• Provides nursing care including medications, teaching, and interventions.
• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and documents findings.
• Communicates with physicians and team to improve outcomes.
• Supports quality monitoring, process improvement, and documentation.
• Contributes to patient and family education and service recovery.
