Job summary

Independence Health System in Butler, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 5 Main Telemetry unit. The RN will provide direct medical/surgical/telemetry care, utilize the nursing process, and emphasize communication, teamwork, and quality improvement.

Required are a RN license in PA, CPR, and ACLS within one year of hire. Prior clinical rotation and recent practice are preferred; shifts include day and night rotations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS completed within one year of hire/transfer.
• Clinical rotation through educational program.
• Clinical experience evident within the past 3 years or completion of refresher course within the last year.
• Comprehensive Crisis Management per policy.
