Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care within the Med/Surg/Telemetry units.
• Follow the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments.
