Job summary

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, excellent communication, and participation in quality improvement activities. Requires PA RN license, CPR, ACLS within one year of hire, and BSN or RN program graduate status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS completed within one year of hire/transfer.
• Clinical rotation through educational program.
• Clinical experience evident within the past 3 years or completion of refresher course within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care on 7 Tower Telemetry unit.
• Utilize nursing process to deliver care and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain excellent communication with patients, families and the care team; participate in quality improvement.
