Job summary

Independence Health System is looking for a Registered Nurse RN for 5 Main, a Telemetry unit. Responsibilities include delivering quality nursing care and excellent communication skills for patients requiring telemetry monitoring.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and possess a current PA RN license along with CPR and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program.
• Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS completed within one year of hire/transfer.
• Clinical experience evident within the past 3 years or completion of refresher course within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care on 5 Main, a Medical/Surgical/Cardiovascular Telemetry unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in the provision of care.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
