Job summary

KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team in Hemet, CA, on a full-time night shift (12 hours). The RN provides direct and indirect patient care in acute and non-acute settings, supports physicians, coordinates care plans, and ensures high-quality outcomes for patients and families.

Ideal candidates hold an active CA RN license with BLS; BSN is preferred. ICU/ER experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• BSN preferred, ADN acceptable with experience
• Experience in telemetry or acute care settings is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care per policies and evidence-based practices
• Monitor patient progress and document in EMR accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
• Administer medications/treatments and monitor responses
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions
• Adhere to safety, infection control and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement and staff education
• Float to units based on patient care needs
