Job summary

Hemet Global Medical Center in Hemet, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg/Telemetry to join our night shift team. You will provide professional nursing care, support physicians, and ensure accurate documentation and patient safety in both acute and non-acute settings.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing or RN program completion with CA RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least six months of experience in a general acute care facility; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Possession of Associate Degree in Nursing or successful completion of an accredited RN program as evidence by licensure in CA.
• Six months within the past two years in a gen acute care facility; or equivalent competency. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients and families in acute and non-acute settings.
• Assist physicians and carry out orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain complete patient records and reports.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, patients, and staff; participate in quality assurance and staff development.
