Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Glendale, CA. The role involves managing telemetry patients and delivering bedside care with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The RN must hold a CA license with telemetry experience and be ready to work 48-hour weeks. Travel requirements and eligibility will be confirmed at hire.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for CA.
• At least 1 year telemetry experience preferred.
• Complies with relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

As a professional practitioner, the RN - Telemetry assumesthe responsibility and accountability for delivery of patient care of telemetrypatients. The RN – Telemetrydemonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective andefficient manner, with supervision. TheRN - Telemetry exhibits critical thinking and performance ability in thecoordination of patient care and consistently performs according to nursingstandards while remaining accountable for providing patient care and assistingothers in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which thenurse practices
• One year experience in Telemetry Preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
