Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel RN - Telemetry to provide specialized telemetry care across designated locations in South Carolina. The nurse makes clinical judgments with supervision and coordinates patient care while maintaining nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state where the nurse practices.
• One year experience in Telemetry preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care for telemetry patients with clinical judgment and accountability.
• Coordinate patient care and assist others in management of patient care.
• Adhere to nursing standards and ensure quality, safe care.

As a professional practitioner, the RN - Telemetry assumesthe responsibility and accountability for delivery of patient care of telemetrypatients. The RN – Telemetrydemonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective andefficient manner, with supervision. TheRN - Telemetry exhibits critical thinking and performance ability in thecoordination of patient care and consistently performs according to nursingstandards while remaining accountable for providing patient care and assistingothers in the management of patient care.

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which thenurse practices
• One year experience in Telemetry Preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
