Intermountain Healthcare Inc. in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within an interdisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with physicians, family, and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans. The RN will coordinate care, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold licensure and ethical standards while delivering evidence-based nursing.

Competenze

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
