Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, social, and psychological status; gathers input from the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Directs the interdisciplinary care team; coordinates time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluates patient response and revises the care plan as needed.
• Promotes professionalism, adheres to legal/ethical standards, and ensures timely documentation.
