Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting a Registered Nurse for on-site Neuro Telemetry/Med Surg in a Short Term Acute Care facility. The night shift consists of 12-hour days, three days per week, with 1 year of experience preferred. The role requires floating between units and handling high-acuity patient care, with a 1:4 staff to patient ratio and BLS preferred.

This is a 13-week contract starting 10/05/2026. The facility supports nurses with on-site requirements and comprehensive clinical opportunities,

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience minimum.
• Patient Ratio Experience: 1:4.
• Certifications: BLS preferred.
• Travel Experience Required: No

Responsibilities

• Float between units as Neuro Tele RN.
• Provide care in MS/Telemetry settings.
• Care for cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management.

Department Uniform/Dress:
a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire.
b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
