Job summary

The ideal candidate will have Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and a Bachelor's in Nursing or higher; prior nursing leadership experience in acute care is preferred; the role includes staffing, performance coaching, and ensuring compliance with hospital standards.

Qualifications

• FL RN license with BLS/ACLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Leadership/supervisory experience in telemetry/acute care.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example and supports floor staff.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates unit activities.
• Maintains scheduling, staffing coverage, and overtime control.
• Ensures compliance with safety, policies, and HIPAA.
