Job summary

University Health Truman Medical Center in Kansas City seeks a patient care technician (PCT) for Telemetry 3 Red, part-time night shifts. Work 24 hours per week on a 6:45 PM–7:15 AM schedule, delivering direct patient care in an acute care setting.

You will complete formal training, apply your developing clinical skills, and collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to uphold our commitment to excellent care and patient safety. A high school diploma or GED and current BCLS are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current BCLS certification when hired; must be kept current for continued employment.
• UAP training or equivalent competency per regulatory requirements; or eligible for waivers as defined.
