Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completion of CNA/Medical Assistant/PCT program or HMH PCT Apprenticeship or equivalent medical background.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a team, and deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities from admission to discharge and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Take vital signs, collect specimens, perform EKGs and basic phlebotomy as directed.
• Maintain equipment readiness and assist with transport and daily unit needs.
• Communicate with nursing staff to update patient status and care plan.
