Job summary

Qualifications

• Req High School or equivalent.
• Pref 1 year Experience in a health care setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call within 10 minutes.
• Take vital signs, daily weight, intake and output, hygiene, and meals assistance.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and comfort measures.
• Document care provided and communicate with RN/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain safe, clean patient rooms and proper equipment operation.
