Job summary

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, leads administrative and clinical operations within Cardiac Telemetry. You will coordinate staff, triage admissions, and ensure efficient patient care during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BSN preferred for supervisory track.
• BLS certification required on hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification required on hire and maintained.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily unit operations in the Cardiac Telemetry department, including staffing and rounds.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds and coordinate onboarding and chart audits.
• Manage escalations, address staffing gaps, and ensure continuity of care and operations.
• Oversee department orientation and training, and communicate with staff and physicians.
