• Minimum of five total years of professional nursing practice in acute and/or ambulatory care settings; two years in lead/management roles.
• Active RN license in Georgia; multi-state license (eNLC) if overseeing virtual care within 60 days of hire.
• BLS required; ACLS may be necessary depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and develop a high-engagement, accountable healthcare team.
• Oversee clinical and operational workflows to ensure seamless patient care.
