Job summary

Mountain View Regional Medical Center seeks a Director of Telemetry to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Telemetry unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across departments.

You will lead staffing, budgeting, and process improvements while collaborating with clinical teams to optimize outcomes and efficiency. A strong focus on regulatory compliance and staff development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and oversight for the Telemetry unit with patient safety and quality care at the forefront.
• Collaborates with medical staff, nursing leadership, and other departments to ensure integrated patient care.
• Monitors outcomes, identifies improvement opportunities, and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Recruits, trains, and mentors staff; promotes ongoing education and development.
• Manages departmental budget and cost-saving measures while maintaining quality care.
