Qualifications

• RN license is required (State Licensure or Compact licensure).
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Telemetry unit operations and patient safety.
• Lead budgeting and resource planning for the department.
• Recruit, mentor and develop staff; promote education.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to optimize care.
