Job summary

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively use patient care equipment.
• Identify potential emergencies and take appropriate actions.
• Record vital signs, height, weight and intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Conduct rounds and respond to call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist with bladder scans, dressing changes and monitoring as directed by RN.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and organized patient care area.
