Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience required.
• Hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with management to assess and improve quality of patient care services.
• Partner with SMEs to create teamwork environments that improve outcomes and service.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Operationalize nursing strategies to boost staff engagement and rounds initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor to meet patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and equipment management.
