Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas seeks a Telemetry Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to influence patient care through collaborative leadership and participation in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. The CNC delivers high-quality, patient-centered care, directs nursing activities during shifts, and partners with managers to monitor, evaluate and improve outcomes across the unit.

Requirements include BSN, ACLS/BCLS within 30 days, RN license, and at least 1 year of acute care RN experience

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BSN degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience plus Charge RN or Supervisor RN exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care quality in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to build teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
