Job summary

Dignity Health's Chandler Regional Medical Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care within an interdisciplinary team. You will perform assessments, execute care plans, and contribute to positive patient outcomes in a 443-bed acute care setting.

The role requires ADN/ Diploma/ BSN, AZ RN license, BLS and ACLS within 6 months, plus strong assessment and critical thinking, with a patient-first mindset.

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Recognizes limits of scope of practice, seeks multidisciplinary collaboration, utilizes appropriate resources, and follows chain of command.
• Partners with others to affect change and generate outcomes through knowledge of the patient or situation.

• ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent
• Registered Nurse: AZ
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months

Preferred

• One year recent acute care experience
• Bachelors of Science Nursing
