AdventHealth is seeking a Telemetry Monitoring Supervisor in Winter Park, FL to lead monitoring staff, manage shifts, and support clinical teams. You will interpret cardiac rhythms, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain accurate documentation for patient care.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Friendly telephone manner and strong organization.
• Ability to work calmly with patients/public in difficult situations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with scheduling is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical billing/charges is a plus.
• Understanding of medical terminology.

Responsabilités

• Supervise monitoring staff and assess performance and goals.
• Maintain staffing schedules and timekeeping.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development for monitoring staff.
• Interpret cardiac monitoring data and communicate rhythm changes to care teams.
• Ensure monitoring equipment is functional and available.
• Document rhythm strips and related charges in medical records.
• Assist clinical teams with monitoring support and patient care requests.
• Maintain inventory of monitoring supplies and support workflow improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
