Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.
• Experience as Monitor Tech or Telemetry Tech preferred.
• Healthcare/clinical setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe changes in heart rate and rhythm and report to nurse or Charge Nurse.
• Admit/discharge patients from monitoring system.
• Maintain telemetry transmitter log books accurately.
• Manage inventory of telemetry transmitter monitors.
