Job summary

AdventHealth Davenport in Florida is seeking a Monitor Technician to support telemetry monitoring in a high-acuity setting. You will observe ECGs, document patterns, alert nurses to changes, and help maintain logs and alarms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (preferred).
• 1+ monitor tech experience preferred.
• Basic EKG knowledge/training preferred.
• BLS CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ECGs and document telemetry patterns.
• Notify nursing staff of abnormalities.
• Maintain telemetry logbook and alarms per policy.
• Support department quality standards and ongoing education.
• Ensure clean and organized work environment.
