Essential duties include operating cardiac monitoring systems, maintaining equipment, and accurately logging patient rhythm changes. The position requires enrollment in Cardiac Rhythm Test within a year and solid telemetry knowledge, with strong

Competenze

• Must enroll in the Cardiac Rhythm Test within one year if not certified.
• Knowledge of heart anatomy and physiology related to ECG waves, complexes, time and voltage.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relational skills, and ability to work with a healthcare team.

Mansioni

• Operates cardiac monitoring systems and rhythm printers.
• Observes and documents ECG monitors and reports patient information to staff.
• Maintains and cleans equipment and reports malfunctions to Biomed staff.
• Sets up central station and monitors alarms, addressing false alarms as needed.
• Records patient rhythm changes and events in the patient log.
