Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Must enroll in Cardiac Rhythm Test within one year.

Responsibilities

• Operates cardiac monitoring systems and rhythm printers.
• Observes and documents ECG monitors and reports issues to staff.
• Maintains, cleans equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Sets up central station and monitors alarms.
• Records patient rhythm changes in logs.
• Assists with rhythm interpretation and dysrhythmia detection.
