Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• EKG technician preferred with ability to monitor telemetry in fast-paced unit.
• No travel required; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors telemetry equipment at shift start and notifies Bio-Medical and Nurse leadership of issues.
• Maintains all telemetry units and ensures proper alarm settings and battery/lead condition.
• Documents telemetry strips, admissions, and prompts charting upon telemetry changes.
