Qualifications

• Maine state RN licensure required or ability to obtain quickly.
• At least 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Per diem, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient care coordination (transfer, discharge, referrals).
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age and condition.
• Delegates care to support staff and may precept students/new hires.
