Job summary
LiftOne is seeking a Telemetry Lead to support installation, troubleshooting, customer adoption, and training of next-level telemetry across LiftOne's division. The role includes telematics implementation for LiftOne's customer base, setting up units, diagnosing issues, and guiding the team through the telemetry information portal.

Qualifications
- Associate degree from a two-year college or university in a technical discipline.
- Two years of telematics design and implementation experience or four years of telematics troubleshooting and implementation experience.
- Demonstrated capability in use of wiring schematics for troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in aftermarket service and/or parts preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for customer fleet telematics product demos and onboarding.
- Advise customers on best practices, configurations, and overall architecture.
- Identify and resolve telemetry reporting issues across the fleet.
- Develop installation and troubleshooting guidelines for technicians.
- Train technicians and LiftOne employees in software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Communicate with the Telemetry Team about installs and customer setup requirements.
- Provide technical support to the telemetry troubleshooting call center for customer and technician requests.
- Travel up to 50% to LiftOne branches and customers throughout the Southeast.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
