Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Telemetry Lead to support installation, troubleshooting, customer adoption, and training of telemetry and automation across its divisions. The role covers implementing telematics for LiftOne’s customer base and proactively assisting teams with the telemetry portal.

You will set up units, troubleshoot issues, train field staff, and travel up to 50% to LiftOne branches in the Southeast. The position requires an associate degree in a technical discipline and telematics

Qualifications

• Associate degree from two-year college or university in a technical discipline.
• Two years of telematics design and implementation experience or four years of telematics troubleshooting and implementation experience.
• Demonstrated capability in use of wiring schematics for troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in aftermarket service and/or parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site support for customer fleet telematics product demos and onboarding
• Become a customer’s trusted advisor by recommending best practices for their products, recommended configurations, and overall architecture
• Identify and resolve telemetry reporting issues across the telematics fleet
• Develop installation and troubleshooting guidelines for technicians
• Train technicians and LiftOne employees in software and hardware troubleshooting
• Communicate with the Telemetry Team about installs and customer set up requirements
• Provide technical support to the telemetry troubleshooting call center for customer and technician support requests
• Travel: Up to 50% to LiftOne branches and customers throughout the Southeast
• Other duties as assigned.
